Colwyn Bay: Auction Room, Consignment Office and HQ

The auction house and HQ is a former Victorian tea-room dating to the heyday of promenading! The venue hosts one of our Monthly Regional Auctions and is located in the centre of the town, just off the A55 Expressway. This is where the company was established by David and Margaret Rogers Jones, in 1992.

Parking: free on street parking on Abergele Road for two hours. Alternatively, there is a pay & display car park behind the block opposite our offices.

Please call ahead if you require a space for loading outside the saleroom and we will try our best to keep a space.

The area is an excellent place to visit with a lovely sandy beach a short walk from the auction house. Whilst Llandudno, often labeled the 'jewel of the north Wales coast' is a short drive away, as is the historic walled town of Conwy.
