To ensure a premium marketplace for our buyers, we have established two mandatory financial thresholds for all sellers. Each individual lot must have a minimum value of £30. Additionally, your entire delivery must reach a minimum consignment value of £100 to be accepted into an auction; this way we ensure that the auction journey is worthwhile for both parties.

So, if you are considering selling with us then please complete the form below, include at least one photograph of the whole object, as well as some detailed shots to show important details such as signatures and maker’s marks. 

Please describe your object(s) as best as possible using the online form. 

For art assessments, useful information to know includes the artist's name, the title of artwork (if there is one), the medium (if known), measurements and the history of ownership ie. provenance.

For paintings it is useful for us to see the back of the picture, including any labels and close-up of signatures (if any) if you are able.

For jewellery, coins or watches if available please take images of any accompanying documentation, or insurance valuations. 

Our aim is for a specialist valuer to respond to your enquiry within a 24 hour timeframe - or even quicker. From the outset our objective is for the vendor process to be as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. With efficient and clear communications throughout.

If you have several or a large collection of mixed items you would like valued, then please submit an image on the form that you believe to be the most valuable / important and supply written details about your other items. 

If the items are a certain collecting category of the marketplace eg. art collection / collection of jewellery / books / etc. Please state the type of category and include image(s) of the item(s) you consider to be principal.

If you have a home to clear (or part clear) then please provide a few images of some of the rooms involved, and/or images of the principal items and state 'house to clear’ in the description. We will then be in touch to discuss a potential home visit from one of the assessment team.
