February was a quieter month at Rogers Jones, but there were still plenty of gems to be found at auction. The top lot of our Jewellery and Collectables sale was a rare copy of T.S. Eliot’s The Waste Land, the first English edition in book form, published by the Hogarth Press in 1923.
25th February: Furniture & Interiors
There were several surprises in this month’s Furniture & Interior sale, including a vintage tapestry wall hanging, number 4 on this month’s top 10 list, that sold for more than twenty times its top estimate.
