13th May: Antique & Collectables Incl. Contents from Bodlondeb Hall, Conwy
The second Colwyn Bay auction in May showcased items from the Conwy Civic Offices at Bodlondeb, with a standout piece being a massive copper cauldron measuring 84cm in diameter.

15th May: Jewellery, Coins & Watches
Cardiff vs. Chester: For the first time, the contents of our Cardiff and Chester jewellery cabinets were brought together in a single auction. This time, Cardiff stole the spotlight, with the top lot emerging from the Vale of Glamorgan.

20th May: Beyond Europe
We explored beyond Europe in an auction that featured Chinese and Asian ceramics and antiques, along with Asian fine art and ethnographic items from the Americas, Africa, Australia, and the Pacific.

23rd May: The Family Collection of Gwilym & Claudia
A Welsh art exhibition unlike any other, The Family Collection of Gwilym and Claudia offered a deeply personal glimpse into two intertwined artistic lives. Like a family album rendered in paint, it showcased evocative landscapes from Wales and their travels across Europe, alongside intimate domestic scenes.

27th May: Cardiff Monthly including Premium Welsh Paintings
In addition to paintings by Sir Kyffin Williams, Edgar Holloway, and others, this month's auction included Archibald Knox Tudric pewter ware and two rare examples of Fairyland Lustreware, designed by Daisy Makeig-Jones for Wedgwood.

The design draws inspiration from Scandinavian mythology, featuring Bifrost, the Rainbow bridge, connecting Asgard (the realm of the gods, depicted as a white Mediterranean-looking city in the distance) to Midgard (the world of mortals).
