2025 Top of the Lots: Top 100
2025 was an exciting year at Rogers Jones & Co.
At the start of the year, we were honoured to be selected to sell the contents of the historic Jacobean house, Plas Teg in Flintshire. The principal sale in March was a resounding success, with every lot sold on the day.
We also had the privilege of working with the family of JPR Williams to auction his collection of rugby union jerseys, which again resulted in a ‘white glove sale’.
Late summer saw the Philip Clarkson collection go under the hammer, marking a fitting farewell to Pullman House in Chester. This two-day auction was a treasure trove of mid-century items, including Poole pottery, vintage travel posters, enamel signs, and much more, before we moved to our new bespoke Chester saleroom at 6 Central Trading Estate.
Throughout the year, we have continued our regular monthly sales alongside an exciting programme of specialist auctions. These have included our flagship Welsh sale, held three times a year, as well as British & European, Beyond Europe, Club House, and Jewellery sales.
