Rogers Jones & Co can provide you or legal advisors with accurate professional written valuations for single items, specialist collections, and whole and partial house contents.

Our formal valuation services have a clear and competitive fee structure, based on an hourly rate of £140 per hour plus VAT (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm to include office, time at property and possible travel time) and £200 per hour plus VAT (for weekends or evening appointments if necessary and if we are available).

We used Rogers Jones for an estate valuation of my parent’s possessions. Ben himself visited the property and was very supportive and honest regarding all aspects, including some valuable paintings. We were so impressed that we used them for all sales, including a LS Lowry painting.
We had initially envisaged selling this and some other well-known artist’s paintings through one of the big national auction houses, however Ben’s personal approach was far more to our liking, and he was able to achieve sale prices which exceeded all our expectations.
