COVID STATEMENT – JUNE 30th

We have rescheduled our auctions in Colwyn Bay & Cardiff and we now invite entries at both locations.

In the interests of our staff and customer’s health and well-being and until Government guidelines on public gatherings are eased, visits to our Cardiff and Colwyn Bay salerooms is by appointment only.

BIDDING

Currently there is no room bidding at either venue. Clients may bid online during the auction via the-saleroom.com or by leaving absentee / commission bids via our website.

Telephone bidding will not be available presently.

VIEWING

Viewing is strictly by appointment and admittance will not be granted without an appointment. Please be aware we are more than happy to deal with email enquiries and can provide additional images / condition reports to help with these requests so that you do not have to come into the saleroom unnecessarily. Please email to request.

Please note that in Cardiff, the forecourt gate is likely to be closed when you arrive so please call the office at arrival.

Viewers will be required to wear latex protective gloves

Visitors are advised to bring their own pens

PAYMENTS

All payments for all our auctions at both venues to be settled within three working days and must be made by bank transfer.

COLLECTING PURCHASED ITEMS & OTHER ITEMS

Contactless collection of your purchased lots is by appointment only with social distancing measures in place at both auction rooms.

Cardiff: the forecourt gate is likely to be closed when you arrive so please call the office at arrival. We will then come out with your items or request that you drive into the forecourt.

Unfortunately, we cannot permit collections on auction days.

In house P&P can be arranged on certain items (mainly small items for Jiffy-bags, sent with no sender's liability, please enquire).

SELLING & VALUATIONS / APPRAISALS

We can usually provide remote valuations either by video call or emailed images.
