RARE EARLY TWENTIETH CENTURY TWO-SEATER CHAIR CONSTRUCTED FROM ROLLS ROYCE PROPELLERS originally from a Rolls Royce 275 engine that was used on the light bomber Airco DH4 air craft designed by Geoffrey De Havilland, having central rotating slatted seat, impressed marks `TWK CLARKE DEH4 DRG NO1343 250 Rolls Royce K3 NO 48LH` 155cms wide x 90cms high x 92cms deep¦Provenance: consigned by The Gorseinon & District Working Men`s Club in Swansea, the seat has been in their possession since 1923 following purchased from a shop in Mumbles, Swansea.¦Condition Report: surface wear and some scuffs and bumps as expected, seat rotates and needs to be re-fixed. No obvious losses, some minor chips, wear to tips, some minor splits etc.
