A large proportion of the items that we have offered at auction over the last two decades were sourced from the total/ part clearance of properties for reason of probate or perhaps due to a house move. We have a wealth of experience in this respect.
We understand that in some circumstances the clearing of a property may be an emotionally difficult process. It is our job to ensure that the operation is conducted as smoothly and as sympathetically as possible. If total clearance, including disposal, is required, this can be organised by us as a "one stop" operation.
We have long term business relationships with a large number of solicitors and estate agents and with a selection of professional removers, all of whom are familiar with our operation.
In most house clearing situations we reccomend a house vist from one of our auctioneers. We cover the following areas for house calls:
